Package Your Hat
Place the hat in its original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure it maintains its shape and does not get crushed during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Wait
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
